MADURAI: The Southern Railway will operate Vande Bharat specials in Chennai Egmore-Nagercoil sector to clear extra rush during Easter and weekend holidays. Advance reservation for these special trains will open shortly.
Train number 06057 / 06058 Chennai Egmore-Nagercoil-Chennai Egmore will be operated on these two days. Train number 06057 Chennai Egmore- Nagercoil Vande Bharat Special train will leave Chennai Egmore at 05.15 hrs on 30th and 31st March 2024 (Saturday and Sunday) and reach Nagercoil at 14.10 hrs the same day (2 services).
In return direction, train number 06058 Nagercoil- Chennai Egmore Vande Bharat special will leave Nagercoil at 14.50 hrs on 30th and 31st March 2024 (Saturday and Sunday) and reach Chennai Egmore at 23.45 hrs the same day (2 services).
These Chennai Egmore-Nagercoil Vande Bharat specials will have stop at Tambaram, Villupuram, Tiruchi, Dindigul, Madurai, Virudhunagar and Tirunelveli, according to a press release received from the Southern Railway today.
