MADURAI: Prof.Dr.E.Balagurusamy, academic advisor to Jharkhand Governor and former Vice-Chancellor of Anna University-Chennai, is being conferred Indo-Thai International Excellence ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ in Thailand on February 27th 2024.
This award will be presented to him at Metharath University in Thailand by Thailand Transport Minister Mr.Thaworn Senniam and he was chosen for this award in recognition of his global contribution in the field of computer education for over four decades and for laying a strong foundation for e-governance in India.
Prof.Dr.E.Balaugurusamy had also served as a member of Union Public Service Commission, New Delhi and as Member of Planning Commission, Tamil Nadu.
After receiving the award on 27th February 2024, he will be inaugurating an international conference on innovative research and development at Metharath University, Thailand.
