MADURAI: The 4th Executive Committee meeting in its 100th year of Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry was held at Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia on February 10th 2024, where a Memorandum of Understanding was signed to promote bilateral trade between India and Malaysia.
This EC meeting took place at RSC Dataran-Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia which was presided over by TN Chamber president Dr.N.Jegatheesan in the presence of Mrs.C.Sushma, Counsellor, High Commission of India, Kuala Lumpur on 10th February 2024, a press statement received from the chamber here today has said.
The TN Chamber has entered into a MoU with Selangor Indian Chamber of Commerce and Entrepreneurs, Kuala Lumpur to promote EXIM trade between India and Malaysia, particularly from the districts of southern Tamil Nadu. This MoU was signed by TN Chamber president Dr.N.Jegatheesan and Selangor Chamber president in Malaysia Mr.Datto Dr.V.Shanmuganathan.
On 9th February 2024, there was a B2B discussion meeting with the representatives of various trade and industry associations in Malaysia and this meeting took place at Signature International Hotel in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia where the trade and commercial business opportunities were discussed.
