MADURAI: In support of new entrepreneurs and to promote their products, the MADITSSIA in Madurai is holding an exclusive exhibition at Tamukkam Grounds here from January 19th to 21st 2024 with the theme ‘MADE IN MADURAI’. (Timings from 10.30 am to 9 pm).
This is the sixth edition of Made in Madurai expo which is being supported by MSME Development Institute, Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Tamil Nadu Small Industries Development Corporation Limited, Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation Ltd, Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute and Small Industries Development Bank of India.
The objective of this exhibition is to project strengths and opportunities in Madurai district which will be supported by the Tamil Nadu government authorities and Madurai district administration so that they can get big ticket investments for Madurai district.
About 125 stalls have been provided for Madurai’s small and big industries to exhibit their products- plastics, textiles, rubber, engineering, milk products, pharma, furniture, motor pumps, food products, kitchenware and hospitals etc.
Madurai Jasmine Towels Private Limited which is an export company is going to offer towels, terry towels and kitchen napkins at an attractive price in this expo, according to a press release received from MADITSSIA here today. There will be seminars too at MADITSSIA Hall in Madurai city on why and what MSMEs are unable to develop into large industries in southern Tamil Nadu.
