The officer-bearers of MUFA and MKUASA and others met the VC and wanted to know about the steps taken by him for getting the staff salary and retired employees’ pension for the month of September. He told us that he sent a message to the Tamil Nadu Chief Secretary yesterday. We were told that the Chief Secretary will be busy today with the important meeting convened by Chief Minister with district collectors. So, the VC told us to wait,” an office-bearer told ‘Lotus Times’ after the meeting which was over at 5.10 pm today- on October 4th 2023.
