MADURAI: At en event focused on women empowerment, 30 women entrepreneurs were presented with awards and felicitated besides disbursing seed fund at a function held in Madurai on September 29th 2023.
The award presentation ceremony was organized here on Friday by PEACE (People Empowerment Alliance for Creativity and Education-USA), Green Fem Producers Company and Guide Foundation for Development, where 30 inspirational grassroots level women entrepreneurs were given the awards and seed fund.
Mr.R.Shankar Narayan, Chief General Manager of NABARD-TN Regional Office, Chennai, Dr.Mrs.Usha Kim from Department of Orbit in Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai, Dr.Mrs.Sonia Selwin, founder and president of PEACE-USA, Mr.A.S.Sakthibalan, District Development Manager of NABARD, Mrs.R.Elamathi, Director of Green Fem and Mr.S.A.Arul, Secretary, VAPS, were among those who had felicitated and motivated the women entrepreneurs.

Dr.Sonia Selwin, founder and president of PEACE, has combined seed funds with award with focus on community outreach and developmental programs.
