MADURAI: The popular Hotel Temple City in Madurai has risen to the occasion by introducing a cake called as ‘Chandrayaan 3′ through its sister firm Temple City Bakes and Cafe’ from here today- on August 26th 2023.
“This lunar mission is a great achievement for India. In appreciation of our ISRO team scientists, engineers and staff, we wanted to do in honour of their success. So, the Temple City Hotel had launched a cake for Chandrayaan-3 successful mission done recently by India,” said Mr.Abikaash LK of Temple City Bakes & Cafe in Madurai (son of Temple City Kumar), while speaking to ‘Lotus Times’ English news media website on August 26th 2023, on behalf of the cake creators and cake makers.
The young Mr.Abikaash of Hotel Temple City who did BBA Marketing Hons from Christ University in Bangalore has said that the “Chandrayaan-3” cake weighs 10 kgs- edible and non-edible, but when ordered it comes in less weight edible for customers as per the final making.
“This Chandrayaan-3 cake from Temple City Hotel’s Temple City Bakes and Cafe is in appreciation of the big boost for science research in our country. In appreciation of our space scientists’ landmark lunar mission success, the special occasion named as Chandrayaan-3 was introduced by Temple City Bakes and Cafe. Our effort is a delicious appreciation of our ISRO success in Moon Mission,” Mr.Abikaash said in Madurai today.
By introducing this special moon success cake, the Hotel Temple City management wants to sustain the public mood towards the Moon and what made India to go for Chandrayaan lunar mission. The cake is displayed at Temple City Bakes and Cafe in Madurai.
