At 15th national vedic competition 2023 held in Chennai from 21st to 23rd July 2023.

CHENNAI: The 15th All India National Vedic competition was organised at T.Nagar in Chennai from July 21st to 23rd 2023 by Om Charitable Trust in association with Siddhantha Knowledge Foundation. More than 400 patashala students who are studying vedas and sastras had participated in the finals out of totally 1,000 participants from various States in the country.

Mr.V.Kamakoti, Director of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, was the chief guest for valedictory function and he distributed prizes to the winners. The national vedic competition commenced in the presence of Veda Bhashya Ratnam Mahamahopadhyaya Brahmasri Dr.R.Krishnamurthy Shastrigal.

Trustees of Om Charitable Trust Dr.Balaji Srinivasan and Mr.A.S.Kumar along with founder trustee Mr.Narayanan were present during the three days national vedic competition conducted at Sri Krishnaswamy Marriage Hall and Kanthimathi Marriage Hall in T.Nagar in Chennai, according to a press release. The founder of Siddhantha Knowledge Foundation Mr.Jai Kishan Jhaver was also among those present along with several vedic scholars.
