MADURAI: The ‘Namadhu Mannvasam’ monthly Tamil magazine had released its 100 issue (August 2023) in Madurai today and celebrated its successful nine years of journalism that primarily focused on developmental issues of society and economy.
At a function held in Dhan Foundation premises in Kennet Cross Street near Ellis Nagar in Madurai on July 27th 2023, the 100th issue and 9 years celebration of this Tamil monthly magazine was commended by leading persons from various fields.
Popular Tamil scholar. orator, pattimandram debate specialist and actor Prof.Dr.Gnanasambandan who was the chief guest for this function had led the felicitation for ‘Namadhu Mannvasam’ Tamil monthly magazine team of Reflection Publication Trust (Pattarivu Padhippagam) being done with a commitment by M.P.Vasimalai, Executive Director, Dhan Foundation, Mr.B.Thirumalai, magazine Editor and senior journalist and their team.
Among those who were present at the celebration function on July 27th 2023 were senior doctor Dr.Vadivelmurugan, senior journalist Mr.S.Annamalai, industrialist Mr.V.Needhimohan of Vaigai Group of Industries, former Registrar of Madurai Kamaraj University Dr.Alagappan and Prof.Pushparani from Mother Teresa Women’s University.
At this special function in Madurai today, four books written in Tamil were released and the authors are Dr.R.Radhika Devi from MKU whose book is titled “Penn Ennum Aalumai‘, Ms.Savithri’s book, Prof. ‘MUTA’ Vijayakumar’s book and a book authored by Mr.V.Venkatesan.
Among those who were present at this function include Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce president Dr.N.Jegatheesan and Dr.A.Madhankumar, CEO of Reflection Publications Trust.
