MADURAI: Mr.K.J.Praveen Kumar has today assumed charge as Madurai Corporation Commissioner. After taking charge here on June 9th 2023, he said that his primary focus will be to coordinate and implement all the development projects that are underway in the corporation area right now and to work for carrying out Smart City projects as per plan.
“Madurai is a very old ancient city known for its tradition and heritage. Various projects are underway now for smart city, drinking water supply etc. There are various departments in Madurai Corporation and I will work towards making Madurai a clean city and to make our corporation as a premier corporation in the State, said the new Madurai Corporation Commissioner Mr.K.J.Praveen Kumar after assuming office at the corporation headquarters building in Madurai today, in the place of Mr.Simranjeet Singh who has been transferred.
