CHENNAI: Past District Governor of Rotary International District 3230 Rekha Shetty had passed away in Chennai today morning- on March 28th 2023. She felt uneasy in the morning and was rushed to a private hospital in the city, but could not be revived as she had suddenly collapsed.
Rekha Shetty was the Rotary District Governor of RI District 3230 in Chennai in the year 1999-2000. She was one of the sought after Rotary leaders in the country, an excellent orator and well known for her great work done through Rotary Leadership Institute program.
She is an author of several books on personality development, self confidence, health and wellness. People from various walks of life and from Rotary clubs in various places have expressed their condolences on the passing away of PDG Rekha Shetty.
