MADURAI: A photo exhibition to showcase 70 years of Stalin’s public life has been arranged by the DMK in Madurai to depict the life of Stalin who celebrated his 70th birthday recently. The photo exhibition is having pictures that will show the public life and personal photos of Stalin, his photos at different stages of political life, from childhood to Chief Minister’s position.
Mr.Karumuttu T.Kannan, ‘Thakkar’ of Sri Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple, had today- on March 19th 2023- inaugurated this special photo exhibition on Chief Minister Stalin in the presence of Commercial Taxes and Registration Minister Mr.P.Moorthy and others, at Tiruppalai near Yadava College in Madurai.
Talking to reporters after seeing the photos displayed in the exhibition, Mr.Karumuttu T.Kannan has said that it is a very touching photo exhibition that shows the life of Chief Minister Mr.M.K.Stalin at every stage of his life. “Here I saw a photo of Stalin as a young boy. I saw the depiction of his days in prison during the time of Emergency. There are many good important photographs. By seeing this exhibition, we can see and we can say how Mr.Stalin had come up step by step in his political and public life. He came to the present position of Chief Minister by his capacity and ability, and not by dynasty. The criticism and charge that Stalin is occupying high position because of dynasty does not hold and not correct,” Mr.Karumuttu Kannan said today.
He also said that today’s youngsters can see and learn a lot about how to become a leader by seeing this photo exhibition about Stalin’s 70 years of life.
Commercial Taxes and Registration Minister Mr.P.Moorthy has informed that the photo exhibition will be held for 10 days and more pictures will be added. He said that students can visit this photo exhibition after their college hours without affecting their classes.
Dr.M.Davamani Christober, Principal of American College and Dr.Christianna Singh, Principal of Lady Doak College, were among those who were present at the inauguration of the Stalin 70 photo exhibition in Madurai today- on March 19th 2023. The exhibition was organized jointly by the three party districts of DMK in Madurai.
