CHENNAI: An art exhibition that will have a positive effect on your mind and body- South Indian art painting exhibition cum sale’23- is now open at Dot Art Gallery at Ambattur in Chennai. As many as 56 artists from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Puducherry are showcasing their artworks at this exhibition organized jointly by Thapasiya School of Arts, Chennai and Dot School of Design in Chennai, according to a press release received here today.
Dr.K.Gireesh, eminent neurologist and neuro surgeon in Chennai, had inaugurated this painting exhibition on 19th February 2023 in the presence of Mr.K.Manoharan, Principal, SBOA School and Junior College in Chennai and Mr.R.Ramnath, founder and chairman of Dot School of Design in Chennai. The exhibition is open from 19th February to 26th February 2023 and is organized by Mr.Jeyaprakash, Director of Thapasiya School of Arts-Chennai.
“It is a visual treat. It has a great healthy effect on people because a leading neurologist in Chennai Dr.K.Gireesh’s powerpoint presentation on how art and neurology are inter connected and his presentation at the inauguration of this exhibition showcase the importance of this art exhibition,” the press release added.
