MKU signs MoU with MSU for 3 programs

MADURAI: The Madurai Kamaraj University (MKU) and Manonmaniam Sundaranar University (MSU) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to offer three programs that are of great importance in the current scenario.

The signed MoU, copies of which were exchanged by the Vice-Chancellors of two universities here yesterday on 20th January 2023, provides to offer data science, artificial intelligence (AI) and cyber security programs. The Manonmaniam Sundaranar University will provide facilities to the tune of Rs1.5 crores and there will be exchange of faculty to offer the courses, students can select the place of study based on counselling at the time of admission, according to a brief press statement received from MKU here yesterday.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by MKU based on Syndicate approval. The MoU copies were exchanged by MKU Vice-Chancellor Prof.J.Kumar with his MSU counterpart, after the understanding was signed by the Registrars of two universities. Syndicate members and faculty members were present when the MoU copies were exchanged on January 20th 2023.
