MADURAI: A book written by Mr.T.Zaffarulla, retired Deputy Registrar of Madurai Kamaraj University (MKU), was released in Madurai today- on December 26th 2022- at a function which was attended by a large number of gathering from the academic fraternity, serving and retired staff of MKU.
Prof.J.Kumar, Vice-Chancellor of MKU, had presided over the book launch event and released the book authored in Tamil titled ‘Nenjil Niraindha Ninaivugal‘ which is a compilation of memories of Mr.Zaffarulla who worked in the university here in various capacities till he retired in December 2007. The first copy of the book was received by Dr.M.Thirumalai, former Vice Chancellor of Tamil University, Thanjavur, in the presence of Dr.P.Gunasekaran, former Vice Chancellor of Tiruvallur University,
He worked as Deputy Registrar, served as PRO for about eight years and also got elected to the MKU Senate two times as senate member from graduate constituency.
A large number of invitees who were present at the book launch function had offered their felicitations to Mr.Zaffarulla. Those who were present include MKU registrar in-charge Dr.M.Sivakumar, former syndicate members Mr.Deenadayalan and Dr.A.Srinivasan, retired senior police officer Mr.Annamalaisamy and Dr.Nirmala Mohan.
