MADURAI: A one-day workshop was conducted in the Madurai Kamaraj University (MKU) here on 13th August 2022 on ‘Nuances on Documentation Process: Research proposals, NAAC and NIRF’ under the aegis of the Tamil Nadu State Council for Higher Education (TANSCHE).
Around 100 faculty members from affiliated colleges of various universities participated in this workshop, according to a press release from the university. Senior faculty members of MKU handled various sessions and participation certificates were given to the participants. Documentation process needed for National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF) were explained.
Dr.M.Sivakumar, Registrar in-charge, MKU, had inaugurated the workshop. Dr.S.Chandrasekar, chairperson, School of Biological Sciences and Dr.V.S.Vasantha, professor and head, School of Chemistry, took steps for organizing the workshop while Dr.Kannan, Research Officer, TANSCHE-Chennai, had coordinated the workshop, the press release added.
