MADURAI: Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi is inaugurating the newly converted 75 kms Broad Gauge railway line between Madurai and Theni on 26th May 2022 evening at around 6 pm. The train fare is: Madurai to Vadapalanji (Rs.30), Madurai to Usilampatti (Rs.30), Madurai to Andipatti (Rs.35) and from Madurai to Theni (Rs.45). The inaugural train service will be flagged off by the PM tomorrow evening through video conferencing at a function to be held in Chennai tomorrow. Regular train service will commence from May 27th, a press release received from the Madurai Division of Southern Railway here today has informed.
