MADURAI: Special weekly train from Madurai to Secunderabad will run till July for the convenience of passengers as the the special train service has been extended further for three more months- from May to July- according to a press release received from the Madurai Division of Southern Railway here today.
Secunderabad-Madurai weekly special train ( number 07191) will leave Secunderabad at 21.25hrs on Mondays starting from May 2nd and reach Madurai the next day at 20.45 hrs. In the return direction, Madurai-Secunderabad weekly special train (number 07192) will leave Madurai at 5.30 hrs on Wednesdays starting from May 4th and reach Secunderabad at 07.25 hrs the next day. This Madurai-Secunderabad special train will run till July 27th. The train halts are at Dindigul, Tiruchi, Srirangam, Vridhdhachalam, Villupuram, Tiruvannamalai, Katpadi, Chittoor, Tirupati, Renigunta, Gudur, Nellore, Ongole, Bapatla, Tenali, Guntur, Miryalaguda and Nalgonda.
These special trains in both ways will have one AC two tier coach, three AC three tier coaches, 12 sleeper class coaches, four general second class coaches and two train manager cum differently abled coaches, the press release issued from Madurai on 22nd April 2022, has informed.
