MADURAI: The South Central Railway has made arrangements to run a special train from Rameswaram to Secunderabad with advanced booking for passengers from October 19th to December 28th 2021. Train No 07685 Secunderabad – Rameswaram special train will start on Tuesdays at Secunderabad at 9.25 p.m. and reach Rameswaram on Thursday early morning at 3.10 am, according to a press release received from the Madurai Division of Southern Railway here today. In the return direction, Train No.07686 Rameswaram to Secunderabad weekend special train will run from October 21st to December 30th. It starts at Rameswaram on Thursdays at 11.55 pm in the night and reaches Secunderabad railway station at 7.10 am on Saturdays.
These two trains halt at Nalgonda, Miriyalguda, Guntur, Tenali, Bapatla, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Tirupati, Chittoor, Katpadi, Tiruvannamalai, Villupuram, Chidambaram, Mayiladuthurai, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur, Tiruchi, Pudukottai, Karaikudi and Manamadurai. There will be sleeper AC coaches, 10 second class sleeper coaches, five second class sitting compartments, two luggage and guard coaches. The press release has informed that advanced reservation is compulsory for the Rameswaram- Secunderabad special trains in both ways.
