Southern Railway’s Madurai Division shows excellent performance in passenger support service

MADURAI: The Madurai Division of Southern Railway has achieved excellent performance in 2020-21, it has scored very good feedback and public response in providing passenger support service in trains and railway stations. A railway press release received here today- on 25th June 2021- from the Southern Railway’s Madurai Division had informed that the service provided by railway system through MADAD (Mobile Application for Desired Assistance During travel ) has been very good, done well through Google Playstore in mobile phone…..all the grievances / suggestions / complaints were attended fast. In just about 31 minutes of time, immediate action is being taken, the press release from Madurai Division of Southern Railway has added.
