“The 43rd GST Council meeting was held via video conferencing on 28th May 2021. A GoM was constituted to examine the issue of GST concessions/exemptions to COVID vaccines, drugs and medicines, medical grade oxygen, pulse oxymeters, oxygen concentrators, ventilators, PPE kits etc. But, it is a shock that Tamil Nadu Finance Minister Mr.Palanivel Thiyagarajan is not there in that GoM,” said Mr.N.Jegatheesan, president, Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in a press statement issued from Madurai on 30th May 2021.
