MADURAI: The issue of building plan violations -car parking allotment- children’s play area etc in Sri Vijayalakshmi Apartments premises in DRO Colony Main Road in Madurai city was taken to the attention of Madurai Corporation authorities.
Sources said today- on 1st November 2020- that the actual plan which was approved by the Corporation- was violated for giving car parking to more flat buyers than what was actually allowed in the plan. Because of car parking issue, the children’s play area, gym etc became additional car parking space and the flat promoter of Sri Vijayalakshmi Apartments too went by the pressure and demand for parking. As a result, the playing area is now mostly parking area.
An appeal is being made to the Madurai Corporation Zone-2 authorities to inspect the apartment premises, see the original approved corporation building plan of Sri Vijayalakshmi Apartments. see the additional car parking given in common area and the violations of playing area promise which was first given by the builder to the flats buyers.
