MADURAI: S.Appaswamy, a visionary and a top real estate entrepreneur from Tamil Nadu, who led the famous Appaswamy Group (real estate, apartments construction and Hotel Residency Towers at T.Nagar in Chennai) passed away today evening at a hospital in Chennai- on 6th September 2020. It is said that he died because of Cardiac arrest. His body was brought to his residence at T.Nagar in Chennai at around 8.30 pm today evening, sources said. Appaswamy is a popular brand in the property real estate business in India.
