MADURAI: Union Home Secretary Mr.Ajay Bhalla wrote a letter to Chief Secretaries of all States on 22nd August 2020 urging them to remove restrictions imposed on inter-State and intra State movement of persons and goods and services, to implement the UNLOCK guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs of Government of India.
