MADURAI: The Madurai Public Relations Officers Federation has today congratulated and felicitated Civil Services UPSC -IAS- exam ranker Ms.Poorna Sundari here on 12th August 2020. Federation office-bearers went to the topper’s home situated at Maninagaram in Madurai and wished her great glory in her administrative career. She secured top rank in UPSC exams.
