MADURAI: The strong speculation of former Minister and now Tamil Nadu BJP State vice-president Mr.Nainar Nagendran quitting the saffron party is temporarily over since his family members and immediate family relatives had advised him to stay in the BJP only.
“Last week, there was a strong move for Nainar Nagendran to leave the BJP. But there is a lot of ‘pressure’ from various quarters, and later his family wanted him to be with the BJP since the changing political scenario in the last one week is not advisable for him to go with the DMK or even the AIADMK. Mr.Nainar Nagendran will be with the BJP only for now even though there is an open invitation from the AIADMK for him to come back to his original roots,” a senior political source has confirmed today evening to ‘Lotus Times’ website- on 9th August 2020. This news is for now and anything can change before Tamil Nadu Assembly elections in 2021.
