MADURAI: Corporation Commissioner Mr.S.Visakan had today monitored the conduct of online virtual classes for 8th and 9th Class students of Madurai Corporation schools here.
Like private schools, the Corporation authorities too had taken steps for holding online teaching classes during the present Corona lockdown since all the schools remain closed. On 12th June 2020,
Mr.Visakan and senior officials spent time at the control room in Madurai Corporation headquarters building ‘Anna Maligai’ here to see how the classes are being held online for students. Already, the Madurai Corporation had made arrangements for NEET coaching and classes for 10th students this academic year.
A press release from the corporation today informed that teachers are conducting virtual classes to students of corporation classes. Among those present along with the Corporation Commissioner today include City Engineer Mr.Arasu, HM Mr.Rajendran, computer expert Mr.Ravi and corporation PRO Mr.Chitravel.
