MADURAI: The district president of Madurai Rural district unit of the BJP Mr.Maha.Suseendhran has alleged that party’s Tiruppalai Mandal president Mr.A.Annamalai has filed police complaint against him at the instigation of DMK MLA Mr.P.Moorthy.
“It is well known that BJP mandal president is working for DMK president……I have not hurt or hit him or attacked Annamalai when he came to the BJP district party office at Melamadai in Madurai as is being alleged by him. What Annamalai is saying is totally false and just a fabricated allegation,” the BJP Madurai Rural district president Mr.Maha.Sussendhran told ‘Lotus Times’ website in Madurai on 27th May 2020 over phone, when asked for his reaction.
Tiruppalai mandal president of the BJP has lodged a police complaint at Anna Nagar police station here saying that he was physically attacked and threatenedin the BJP rural district office on 12th May 2020.
“Yes, there was an argument when Annamalai came to the office on 12th May on one issue. But he was not attacked in a closed room as is being complained to police. We have given our office CCTV footage to the police and enquiry is going on. I have nothing against Tiruppalai mandal president Annamalai. We have strong information that he is working at the behest of DMK MLA P.Moorthy for reasons best known to him. The evidence and call data will come out very soon,” Mr.Maha Suseendhran, BJP Madurai Rural district president, told ‘Lotus Times’ today evening- 27th May 2020.
