MADURAI: Six expert engineers from Russia have arrived at Madurai airport by a special flight today at 11.30 am (20th May 2020).
They came here for inspecting the third reactor at Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant in Tirunelveli district in Tamil Nadu. The special engineer team from Russia was supposed to arrive at Madurai airport at 8.30 am but the special flight reached Madurai at 11.30 am.
They were received by Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant officials at the Madurai airport and were taken by road to the plant today.
