CHENNAI: The youth wing and students wing of DMK is holding an important meeting on 18th May 2020 to demand once again for postponing the Class X public examinations by Tamil Nadu government.
This meeting will be through video conferencing and would decide an action plan for putting pressure on the State government to postpone 10th Class Board examinations which are set to commence on 1st June 2020 as per schedule already announced by the School Education Department.
Mr.Udhayanidhi Stalin, DMK Youth Wing Secretary and Mr.C.V.M.P.Ezhilarasan, DMK Students’ Wing State Secretary, have issued a press release today stating that all urban and district conveners of both the wings will attend this important meeting with regard to Class X exams.
“The present situation in the wake of Coronavirus pandemic lockdown is not conducive for conducting public examinations for students,” the press release added.
