MADURAI: The Bharathiar University at Coimbatore has today issued a circular informing that the university will function from 18th May 2020 with usual office hours and asked all staff members to attend the office duty.
According to the circular sent to all heads of departments, Principals of affiliated colleges and varsity officials, the Registrar In-charge has said that the university will function for six days a week including Saturday to compensate the working hours lost already due to COVID-19 lockdown. Social distancing norms will be maintained.
University departments, affiliated colleges and constituent college are advised to adhere to the rules strictly, the circular issued today- on 15th May 2020- said.
