CHENNAI: Popular film actor Mr.Soori has today thanked police officers, police personnel and the entire police department for their brave role in the battle against Coronavirus.
On 12th May 2020, he went to the D-1 Police Station at Wallajah Road in Triplicane in Chennai to personally say thanks to the police whom he had described as ‘saviors of our lives’. Mr.Soori, who usually gives autographs to his fans, has today taken autographs from the police.
“Police have dedicated their lives 24X7 to save people’s lives. Like our village god Ayyanar Sami, the police are protecting our borders from the virus spread. So, it is time to say to police that we are with you and let us stand in solidarity for our police because they are saving us,” actor Mr.Soori said today.
He expressed his wishes for speedy recovery of those police personnel who are undergoing treatment for Corona infection now.
