MADURAI: The Registrar In-charge of Madurai Kamaraj University (MKU) Prof.Sankar Natesan has suddenly resigned from his post today afternoon – 1st May 2020.
He has submitted his resignation papers to MKU Vice-Chancellor Dr.M.Krishnan and also informed the university Syndicate members through e-mail,
“I want to focus on my department- Biotechnology and my research. I want to do more for my students also. Five months I was there as Registrar and now going back for more biotech research,” Prof.Sankar Natesan told ‘Lotus Times’ news website over phone.
Reason for the resignation are cited as ‘personal’. Yesterday, he wen to his chamber in the university and signed the important file of employees’ salaries for the month.
Prof.Sankar Natesan had put in his resignation papers today afternoon.
