MADURAI: The Fire Station situated in West Chithirai Street of Sri Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple in Madurai has been closed today- 27th April 2020- following a couple of Corona Positive cases reported from that locality in the last few days.
While a fireman had tested positive yesterday, two more also had confirmed corona positive. The area is under strict surveillance now.
Madurai Corporation health authorities have carried out tests for the fire station staff today. Already, Therkuvasal police station was also closed today morning since special inspector and head constable had tested Corona positive after tests were done.
