MADURAI: The long lockdown because of Corona virus has locked the children in homes. They have no place to go and play and are not allowed to go out. So, what to do for pastime?
A video taken at Keelavasal in Madurai city on 14th April 2020 gives an idea. Some children are going to terrace in their homes and enjoying kite-flying along with their parents. Making kites at home since the shops are closed, children look up to the skies and birds while maneuvering their kites with enthusiasm from rooftops.
“The 21-day lockdown is over and is now extended till 3rd May….Best thing to have a jollytime is to fly kites and while away time…..till children are allowed to go out,” says parents and children in Keelavasal here.
