MADURAI: Union Minister of State for Shipping Mr.Mansukh Mandaviya has said in Madurai today that a ship ferry service between Jaffna in Sri Lanka and Pondicherry will be commenced soon.
Talking to reporters here on 18th February 2020 after having a darshan at Sri Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple here, he said that a ferry service ship will be introduced between Jaffna and Puducherry in the first phase. Tamil Nadu BJP senior leader and former Union Minister Mr.Pon.Radhakrishnan accompanied the visiting Union Minister to the Meenakshi Temple.
