MADURAI: Following the High Court direction, the Madurai Corporation undertook eviction of illegal structures at Iravathanallur here today – 10th February 2020.
Since there were a large number of complaints that Kandhigai channel in Iravathanallur in Tiruparankundram Union was being illegally occupied, cases have been filed. As per the court order, the Corporation authorities today carried out eviction drive there using JCB machines.
