Shastry V Mallady of Lotustimes reacts to Union Budget.

MADURAI: The Budget presented by Union Finance Minister Mrs.Nirmala Sitharaman on 1st February 2020 in Lok Sabha is a hopeless budget and once again the Indian economy is hapless.

“No jobs, no revival, no rejuvenation and no recuperation of affected sectors and industry of our economy. Moreover, the idea to sell stake in Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is a proof that the Modi Government is here to do marketing and selling. But, people now want manufacturing and saving of our PSUs,” Shastry V Mallady, Founder Editor, Lotus Times news website, said while talking in an interview to Socrates Studio of Prof.Dr.R.Murali in Madurai.

RESPECT REGIONAL PARTIES:

The Lotus Times also is of the firm opinion that federalism and regional parties must be respected. “One party domination is not good for India and its democracy. BJP should stop saying ‘Bharat Matha Ki Jai because they are unable to save Indian PSUs such as Air India, BSNL etc. And now Modi government wants to sell stake in LIC. People should protest,” Shastry Mallady has said in this interaction held in Madurai on 2nd February 2020.
