MADURAI: A delegation from Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Madurai, met Union Minister of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises at New Delhi on 21st January 2020 and submitted a memorandum on MSME sector.
The TN Chamber team comprised its president Mr.N.Jegadeesan, senior president Mr.S.Rethinavelu and secretary Mr.J,Selvam.
According to a press release here today, they had requested the Union Minister to look into the constraints faced by MSMEs. Some of the issues raised by them were that the problems faced by MSME sector in GST implementation should be set right, simplification of tax rates and that e-commerce business should be strictly regulated.
