MADURAI: As a part of the ‘Bharat Bandh’ nationwide strike call by trade unions, hundreds of workers and activists along with CPM cadres staged protest at Tirupparankundram railway station in Madurai on 8th January 2020.
Several unions including the CITU, trade organizations, small traders, retailers and labour welfare leaders took part in the demonstration at railway station condemning the anti-worker policies of Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi’s government. Today, there were protests allover India expressing their concern for the welfare of small traders, workers and employees, banking sector and common people.
