MADURAI: Heavy rains have been lashing Chennai city for the past three days and several places have been inundated. For emergencies, the Greater Chennai Corporation Control Room can be contacted immediately for rescue and relief operations. The weather department has warned heavy rains for the next two days on December 1st and 2nd 2019.

“From our control room, we will alert Corporation teams in all zones in Chennai and we will receive public complaints. We will forward all complaints to respective zones of Chennai Corporation in the city and they will take steps,” a corporation official told ‘Lotustimes’ news website today.
