TIRUVANNAMALAI: The famous and auspicious ‘Karthigai Deepam’ festival at Thiruvannamalai Arunachaleswara Temple in Tamil Nadu will take place from December 1st to 10th 2019.
It will commence with flag hoisting on December 1st while the main ‘Maha Deepam’ lighting of lamp atop the Tiruvannamalai Hill will be on December 10th at 6.p.m., according to top temple official / joint commissioner Mr.R.Gnanasekar. Every year, lakhs of devotees from all over India and abroad congregate here to witness the grand ‘Maha Deepam’ event.
