CHENNAI: Former Vice Chancellor of Anna University and a prominent figure in Indian academic circles Prof.Dr.E.Balagurusamy has appealed to Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi to extend 100% central government financial support to Anna University. He requested the PM to treat Anna University on par with other central government institutions.
