SIVAGANGA: College students should not pursue their education just for obtaining university degrees because the changing times and challenging situation requires our youth to equip themselves with more skills, Dr.P.S.Navaraj, Former Dean (Academic), Yadava College, Madurai and former Principal of Annai Fatima College, Tirumangalam, Madurai district, has said.
“Your focus must be on E. The education that you are undergoing should get you Employment, Empowerment / Emotional Quotient and Entrepreneurship. These three ‘E’s are very essential these days without which the IQ you have will be of no use. IQ and EQ have to go together for life success and it is possible for you with some guidance,” he added.
