MADURAI: The post-election scenario is seemingly in favor of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Madurai Zone in Tamil Nadu. What happened in Madurai on June 12th 2019 Wednesday could be an example for the things to come.
Keeping the 2019 Lok Sabha election results aside, people are coming forward to join the BJP. The reason, they said was, the MODI GOVT WELFARE SCHEMES. That the BJP is making inroads in Madurai Region is evident from the fact that rural villagers from Theni district came to the BJP State Secretary Prof.Dr.R.Srinivasan’s office in Madurai VOLUNTARILY and joined the BJP just thinking about progress and development in their villages.
“We are coming from GENGUVARPATTI……near Periyakulam in Theni district. The welfare schemes oriented towards us by PM Modi impressed us. Modi is taking BOLD decisions……In coming days, many more are going to join the BJP from our area….,” said Senthil Kumar, who led the interested people to BJP Prof.Dr.Srinivasan’s office near Income Tax office in Bibikulam in Madurai on June 12th 2019 Wednesday. A.L.Pandian and others were there.
Among those present were Madurai Urban City district general secretary D.M.Balakrishnan, SC wing social media Tamil Nadu State office-bearer Sivaji and others from the BJP Madurai City unit.
