MADURAI: Preparations have begun for the important visit of Union Law Minister Mr.Ravi Shankar Prasad to Madurai on February 15th 2019.
He will address a meeting of BJP office-bearers, Shakthi Kendra in-charges and booth level functionaries from four Lok Sabha constituencies – Madurai, Dindigul, Theni and Virudhunagar – in preparation for the upcoming 2019 Parliament elections.
The meeting will be held at an open ground at Rajagambhiram, near Othakadai here, and a large number of BJP office-bearers led by State Secretary Prof.Dr.R.Srinivasan and Madurai Rural district president Mr.Maha.Suseendhran took part in the ‘bhoomi puja’ ceremony held on February 4th 2019, at the venue where Mr.Ravi Shankar Prasad will speak to the party workers.

Talking to ‘Lotus Times’, Prof.Dr.Srinivasan has said that the Union Law Minister’s visit to Madurai and his meeting with our Sakthi Kendra in-charges will be a big morale booster for the party in four LS constituencies.
Mr.Maha.Susendhran has said that the booth level review and planning by Mr.Ravi Shankar Prasad on February 15th 2019 will further strengthen the party in this region ahead of coming Lok Sabha elections.
“Madurai Rural district unit of the BJP is very successful in taking the welfare schemes to 1.7 lakh beneficiaries…..and if suppose these people vote for us, that itself will take us to victory…..and we are working in that direction,” Mr.Suseendhran has said.
WORKS BEGAN AT MEETING VENUE:
Ground leveling work and other activities started on February 4th Monday morning. Among those who attended the bhoomi puja ceremony include Moovendhran, Sasikumar, Ranjithkumar, D.M.Balakrishnan, G.P.Baskaran, T.S.K.Gnaneswaran, Sunitha Mallady and Sivaji.
