MADURAI: Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi is coming to Madurai on January 27th Sunday to lay foundation stone for the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) which was sanctioned by his government for the benefit of people in southern districts of Tamil Nadu.
This will be his MAIDEN VISIT to the temple city of Madurai after he became Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister will address a huge gathering of people / BJP cadres at Mandela Nagar (along Madurai Ring Road near Velammal) on January 27th 2019.
On January 10th, a BJP team led by Party’s State Secretary and Madurai Zone in-charge Prof.Dr.R.Srinivasan visited the meeting spot in Mandela Nagar, where the PM will address the people, to chalk out the arrangements to be made for Modi’s meeting.
MADURAI IS JUBILANT:
Prof.Dr.R.Srinivasan has said that Madurai city is jubilant over the PM’s visit and the party cadres of Madurai Rural and Madurai Urban district are very enthusiastic and eagerly waiting.
“This meeting venue in Mandela Nagar will be named as ATAL BIHARI VAJPAYEE THIDAL..….January 27th will be a historic day for all of us and a red letter day in Madurai history…….,” he added.
BJP Madurai Rural district president Mr.Maha.Suseendhran, Madurai city unit general secretaries Bharathi Raja and D.M.Balakrishnan, Intellectual Cell State Secretary Shastry V Mallady, OBC wing State secretary Mr.Baskar, Youth Wing Sankara Pandi, IT and Social Media wing in-charges Senthil Alagar and Muthu Selvam, were among those who were present.
