MADURAI: The successful role played by BJP in bringing AIIMS to Madurai and its quick intervention in resolving the Sivakasi crackers issue to save the fireworks industry have boosted the image of our party in Madurai region, said Tamil Nadu BJP State Secretary Prof.Dr.R.Srinivasan, here on September 3rd 2018.

“BJP is instrumental in bringing AIIMS to Madurai and thanks to our Government at the Centre……..Similarly, when there was panic among fireworks manufacturers due to ban on crackers and Court case, our Union Ministers Dr.Harsh Vardhan and Mrs.Nirmala Sitharaman along with PMO stood by Sivakasi and brought them relief,” he said speaking to ‘Lotus Times’ news website at Madurai city BJP office.
A large number of party leaders, office-bearers, cadres, prominent persons in Madurai division and media persons have greeted Prof.Dr.Srinivasan on his birthday on September 3rd 2018 Monday.
“BJP has emerged as the third biggest political party in Tamil Nadu. Especially in Madurai Zone, the DMDK and Communists are no where in the scene now…..Work, work, work and we are all geared up to face the elections…” he added.
