BJP IN MADURAI ZONE BRACES FOR POLLS WITH CLEAR FOCUS

MADURAI: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Madurai Zone has almost sounded the election bugle on August
2nd 2018 by convening an exclusive meeting in Madurai to chalk out a strategic plan for next six months and get ready for elections with a focused approach from booth level.
 
As many as 56 convenors and in-charges of the party from 28 Assembly constituencies covering Madurai Urban, Madurai Rural, Dindigul, Theni and Virudhunagar districts had attended this all important meeting at Pandikoil here along with Parliament constituency in-charges and a special team from the BJP’s IT and Social Media wing.
 
 ELECTION MODE FOR NEXT SIX MONTHS:
 
 
“We are now at an important juncture since elections are round the corner……From political mode, the BJP in Madurai division is moving to election mode and for the next six months, the focus of all of us and our our party cadres should be only on elections,” said Prof.Dr.R.Srinivasan, Tamil Nadu BJP State Secretary & Madurai Zone in-charge, while speaking at the orientation meeting on August 2nd 2018.
 
Stating that the prospects for BJP are now very good than earlier, it is important for the Assembly constituency convenors and in-charges to brace up for elections – be it for Lok Sabha or Assembly or local bodies.   
 
Prof.Dr.Srinivasan has also urged the Shakthi Kendra / Maha Shakthi Kendra in-charges to give their best performance possible for the party’s success by working hard in their designated areas / booths and “let us not miss this opportunity now.”
 
BE IN TOUCH WITH BENEFICIARIES AND VOTERS:
 
 
“Give your time and attention with a good plan. Keep a work dairy and prepare date-wise work schedule for every month till the elections are over…..The Assembly in-charges and conveners  must be in constant touch with voters and beneficiaries of our Modi’s welfare schemes. The beneficiaries of Modi government schemes in your constituency can be solid voters for the BJP if you keep in regular contact with them,” Prof.Dr.Srinivasan had advised.
 
Mr.S.Surendran, BJP State Vice-President, Mr.Thirumalai Balaji, Madurai Parliament Constituency in-charge and BJP’s district presidents of Madurai Rural, Madurai City, Virudhunagar, Theni and Dindigul besides party leader Mr.Ganesan were among those present at the orientation programme to prepare for Assembly elections.
