CHENNAI: BJP national president Mr.Amit Shah has said that he feels very sad to see Tamil Nadu standing in first place in corruption in India and hence it is time for the BJP cadres to see that corruption is wiped out at all levels in the State.
“Highest corruption in our country is in Tamil Nadu…..Chase away corruption and take that pledge today…..from Assembly to taluk level let us eliminate the word corruption and scam…..Only our party BJP has to save Tamil Nadu. Also, put an end to the cash for votes in elections,” he said addressing a large gathering of 15.000 BJP functionaries from across the State who attended a specially convened meeting in Chennai on July 9th 2018 (Monday).

Mr.Amit Shah addressed the members of Shakthi Kendras / Maha Shakthi Kendras and other office-bearers from all districts in Tamil Nadu.
“Our alliance with political parties will be based on ANTI-CORRUPTION plank. So, we will decide on that at right time for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections……We will join hands only with those who will uproot corruption from Tamil Nadu,” the BJP national president told the party cadres.
